Oxanabol is a trade name for oxandrolone made by British Dragon Pharmaceuticals. Oxandrolone was first produced in 1964 by Searle, and it was designed as a mild anabolic steroid that women and children could tolerate. In medicine, it’s been used to help people regain weight after surgery, chronic infection or trauma, to counter muscle loss caused by corticosteroids and to ease bone pain from osteoporosis.
